Website Use (18+)​

 

• Our website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or over.

• Parents or guardians may book on behalf of a child, but must do so using their own details and accept these Terms & Conditions on the child’s behalf.

• We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to the website if these Terms are breached.

Bookings & Payments​

 

• All classes must be paid for in full before the class commences.

• Payment may be made by cash or card.

• A place in a class is not confirmed until payment has been received.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to a class if payment has not been made in advance.

Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

​​

• In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refunds will only be issued where a class is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • No suitably qualified teacher being available, or

  • The hall or venue being unavailable or unsuitable for use

• Where a class is cancelled by us, customers will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit or transfer to an alternative class

• Any eligible refund must be requested within 7 days of the cancelled class.

• Once a class has been attended, the service is deemed to have been provided.

• No refunds will be given if a participant attends a class and later decides that the class is not suitable for them or not to their personal preference.

• No refunds will be given for illness, non-attendance, late cancellations, or choosing not to attend.

• Where a participant is unwell or unable to attend, a transfer to another class may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability and sufficient notice.

Changes to Services​

 

• The business owner reserves the right to change, amend, withdraw, or introduce new classes, services, schedules, pricing, venues, or teachers at any time.

• This includes changes to class content, structure, or availability in the future.

• Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Account Suspension or Cancellation​

 

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s account without refund where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

• This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of the website, or actions that place others at risk.

Behaviour & Respect​

 

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and other participants at all times.

• We promote an inclusive and supportive environment and expect respect for different abilities, experience levels, and needs.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk​

 

• Participants take part in classes entirely at their own risk.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to take part.

• Any injuries, medical conditions, or additional needs should be disclosed prior to attending a class.

• We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage suffered during or as a result of attending a class, except where required by law.

Personal Belongings & Property​

 

• We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while attending classes.

• This includes clothing, footwear, valuables, vehicles, or cars parked at or near the venue, and any damage to personal property.

Children & Supervision​

 

• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are collected promptly.

• Responsibility for children remains with the parent or guardian outside of scheduled class times.

Safeguarding Personal Information​

 

• We are committed to safeguarding personal information.

• Personal data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

• Information will only be used for administrative and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Photography & Media​

 

• Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

• Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to yourself or your child being photographed or filmed.
